Founder's Philosophy
Our vision is “Quality Education for All”. We believe that education is the key to a better tomorrow, and equally important are the values and principles we instill in our students.
In his own words: My teaching interest stems from the statement – “you don’t truly learn something unless you discover it for yourself and explain it to others”. Besides, teaching gives me the opportunity to learn something new every day and share it with the students. In my opinion, knowledge is an eternal wealth and teaching is one of the best way to contribute towards the students’ eternal wealth. First and foremost, my goal as a teacher/mentor is to foster students’ interest and passion for the subject and aid in accomplishing their life goals.
Our founder strongly believes that a well equipped teacher would be able to facilitate the classes much better and hence we have a training programme for all our teachers. Through this training teachers gain insightful ideas about new teaching techniques. The founder always encourages and sponsors the teachers to take part in professional training, teacher olympiads, workshops, etc., to up-skill themselves. Every year we conduct free teacher enrichment workshops to share our knowledge on ways of teaching math in an interactive and interesting manner. You can find past workshops under the “Activities” page.
