Conceptual Approach
When it comes to teaching and learning Math, there are two approaches one might have – Factual approach and Conceptual approach. While the former is followed by most school teachers and tutors, here at Beyond Infinity we follow the Conceptual approach. The major benefit of Conceptual approach is that leaves a long term recollection of the formulas and techniques used in Mathematics.
Inquiry Teaching Model
Inquiry teaching methods gives opportunity for the students to express their ideas and collaborate among themselves and with the teachers making the classes more engaging and interesting. It enables the students to investigate patterns and form a generalization rather than just accepting the facts or formulas as it is. It creates an opening for a bonding between the student and the subject and it is an effective way to enhance Critical Thinking skills, which is the need of the 21st century.
